Bio

I'm a bit of a creativity junkie — I love anything that brings something new into the world and brings people closer together. But for a long time, I was also a junkie of other kinds. Cigarettes, drinking, vaping, weed — all of it got the better of me for a while.

Now, as of April, I'm two years sober and completely nicotine-free, and loving life in a way I never thought possible.

Before all of that, I was a competitive athlete in multiple sports. But after several surgeries and stepping away from everything that was hurting me, I’ve been on a mission to share both the pain and the beauty that have shaped my life — through art, music, and helping others in fitness and personal growth.

Everything that’s happened to me, even the darkest moments, has turned out to be a blessing in disguise. That’s why I chose the name "Lucky Signs."

The name "Lucky" actually came from people mishearing my nickname, Lochie. Non-English speakers would guess "Lucky," and after enough awkward introductions, I just went with it. Over time, I embraced it — realizing it represented how I see life now: a series of signs, sometimes disguised as struggles, that point us toward growth.

When I was bedridden from surgeries, I was forced to find creative outlets, which sparked my love for music and drawing. My passion for exploring and capturing moments was born from heartbreak and loss. The brightest parts of me came from the darkest beginnings.

So welcome to my world. Today, I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, on a mission to help sober the world up a little — and to inspire anyone at rock bottom to find their light.
